Digital agency Blue Frontier IT Ltd has taken high quality office space in a popular centre at Old Sarum near Salisbury.
The hi-tech firm has bought Unit 1 at The Woodford Centre thanks to a deal arranged by property consultancy Myddelton & Major.
Quoting freehold price for the 4908 sq ft (455.95 sq m) two-storey unit was £500,000.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Hi-tech firms continue to expand as businesses and consumers demand ever more from technology – and this has led Blue Frontier to seek bigger premises.
“The firm, founded by James Fry and Luke Harrington in 2005 and headquartered in Netherhampton, specialises in web design and development, mobile apps, IT support and digital marketing.”
The unit includes ground and first floor offices fitted out to a high standard behind large full height glazing to the front elevation.
Old Sarum is situated approximately a mile-and-a-half north of Salisbury alongside the A345 Salisbury to Amesbury Road. The A303 lies approximately seven miles north at Amesbury.
The sale of Unit 1 complements the purchase of the adjoining unit by Berry Telecom, also handled by Myddelton & Major.
Myddelton & Major was named the most active agency in Wiltshire in 2015 for the fourth year running by Estates Gazette, the weekly and online magazine of the UK commercial property industry.
