He said, “This is an excellent opportunity to join a developing and growing team within the Birmingham and Midlands property market. LSH is a forward thinking company with which I can expand my skill set and widen my experience in a supportive but challenging environment.”
Hayley Kibbler has joined LSH while enrolled on a real estate degree at Birmingham City University. A student member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, she said, Joining LSH allows me with a great opportunity to gain essential experience while completing my studies.”
Associate Director in LSH’s Commercial Property Management team, John Bird said the Midlands property management team had expanded rapidly and now consisted of eight surveyors, six facilities managers and four property administrators.
He said, “We have recently won a number of new instructions recently, including an 83,000 sq ft landmark office building in Birmingham on behalf of a European investment fund. These new appointments will allow us to further expand our commercial property management offering.”
