Knight Frank has recruited Alastair Coates as a Partner and Richard Syers as an Associate to its specialist Automotive team to further strengthen its leading position in the automotive markets.
Alastair is a major figure in the industry having previously spent 14 years at CBRE where his high-profile roles included advising on global mandates for the likes of Shell and Esso, and establishing and leading the regional hub for the firm.
Alastair brings with him his colleague Richard Syers, who joins as an Associate, and whose responsibilities included Tesla’s UK expansion programme.

Total investment in automotive property in the UK 2006-2015 totalled £2.85 billion, with 2015 volumes 25 per cent higher than the previous year.
