The industrial team at property consultant JLL in Manchester has let a 15,640 sq ft industrial unit at Premier Park on behalf of Lothbury Property Trust with B8RE acting as joint agent.
Lip Hing Metal Manufacturing has agreed a 10 year lease paying an annual rent of £6.50 per sq ft for Unit 2, which it will use for the storage and distribution of metal components for fire protection systems.
The business joins occupiers including the BBC, The Fragrance Shop, Indesit and The Brew Tea Company at Premier Park, which forms part of the wider Trafford Park. The letting leaves four available units ranging from 4,750 to 15,000 sq ft at Premier Park’s 200,000 sq ft modern industrial scheme.
