Growing graphic firm Ginger Root Print officially moved into its new office space following a full refurbishment by Nottingham-based B&M Installations.
The 3,300 sq ft office, located in Chase Park, Colwick, underwent a complete modernisation, including new flooring, glass partitioning and redecoration to reflect the printer’s brand identity. Interior fit-out specialists B&M Installations provided design and fit for the project including full refurbishment of the first floor office and the second floor space, which will house a boardroom, dining and breakout area for staff and five separate office spaces that will be sub-let by other design companies.
Anthony Scoon, director at Ginger Root Print, said: “B&M have done a fantastic job, they listened to what we wanted but also made suggestions and we are so happy with the end result. We are also thrilled to have four out of the five offices already occupied, a testament to the quality of the refurbishment.
“The new office is a much better working environment for staff and we have been able to invest in new equipment now that each machine has its own dedicated space, therefore increasing the quality of our work. The new office is a game changer for us and everyone is very excited to be moved in and settled.”
Luiza da Silva, interior designer at B&M Installations, said: “Ginger Root expressed a need for a functional space that would cater for their design work but also provide an inspiring atmosphere to keep everyone energised and motivated. We therefore created a light, modern, open plan office with vibrant orange features, in keeping with the company logo.
“Ginger Root is a growing business so we needed to future-proof its office space and consider where to house its specialist equipment. The finished office looks fantastic and is just one of the many requests we’re receiving for design and fit office refurbishments.”
