East Midlands property consultancy Innes England has strengthened its Derby office with the appointment of two new professionals.
Jenny Woodings has joined the firm’s accounts team alongside Natalie Bryan who has taken on the role of graduate surveyor.
Jenny has eight years’ experience of accountancy prior to joining Innes England. She has worked in the public sector previously and will now be working at the firm on a part-time basis, managing purchase ledgers, client statements and day-to-day accounts work.
Jenny is looking forward to her new role, she said: “I am pleased to be part of Innes England’s team – as it is a well-established firm with a great reputation. My new role is quite a departure from my previous work, but I am eager to learn more about its accounts.”
Natalie has joined the team as a graduate surveyor following her studies at Nottingham Trent University. During her studies, Natalie gained first-hand experience within a commercial property firm and graduated with a degree in Real Estate Management.
She said: “Following my graduation I was eager to secure a role within a local firm, as I am from Derby myself. I was already aware of Innes England and its fantastic APC structure – so I am delighted to have joined its team.”
Nick Hosking, director at Innes England in Derby, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Jenny and Natalie to our team, each of which bring with them a wealth of knowledge and expertise. Derby is continuing to thrive and our growing team really reflects this, our bolstered team will allow us to meet the demands and needs of our clients.”
