A leading communications services company has expanded into new offices at Great Western Court in North Bristol.
Applicable Limited has taken 8,504 sq ft of additional office space at 3120 Great Western Court in a deal agreed by the Bristol office of Cushman & Wakefield on behalf of Real Estate Investment Management (REIM). Colliers International represented the tenant.
The business has also renewed the lease on its current accommodation, comprising 6,326 sq ft of space at 3130 Great Western Court. The additional space will enable Applicable to expand its workforce and business presence in the region.
Located adjacent to Bristol Parkway railway station and within easy access to the M4 and M32, Great Western Court is part of an established office location which is home to major occupiers including Experian, the MOD Abbey Wood, Barclays and Handelsbanken.

Applicable Limited is a provider of Cloud Unified Communications and manages Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business for large enterprises. Last month the company was acquired by Arkadin, a global provider of Unified Communications and Collaboration services.
