A Warwickshire company is hoping its latest automotive client is on the road to never ending success after it took its first steps into the UK market.
Cooper Solutions, based in Barford, has just agreed a deal to supply its FullCover product to Infiniti, which has launched four dealership centres across the UK in Birmingham, Leeds, Stockport and Glasgow.
Infiniti, which was born in the US from Japanese parent company Nissan, has presence in China, Russia and Switzerland, with headquarters near to Geneva. The firm now also has almost 40 centres across Europe.
Cooper Solutions has signed the company’s four new UK Infiniti Centres up to its FullCover fleet management system. FullCover helps efficiently handle the 200-plus demonstration bookings that Infiniti takes every month across its UK centres and manages the company’s demonstration vehicle fleet.
FullCover also includes a day rate insurance which can potentially lower the amount a dealership pays for its motor trade policy.
Dean Pipitone, director at Cooper Solutions, said: “We are delighted to have agreed this deal for Infiniti to take our FullCover products across its four UK Infiniti Centres.
“With Infiniti being a new brand to the country they are seeing a large demand for test drives, which in turn can result in a great deal of time-consuming booking management, and requires the relevant insurance.
“Our system dramatically reduces the time this process takes and allows Infiniti to manage this activity in as efficient a manner as possible.
“The associated insurance product also helps to reduce the overall cost of test drive insurance for the firm.”
Lisa Ford, COO and operations director at Infiniti, said: “Cooper Solutions provides us with a very straightforward insurance solution which minimises the paperwork for both dealership and customer.
“This makes it an incredibly user friendly and seamless process.”
