Vickery Holman have recently concluded the sale of a site and buildings at Trevenson Road, Pool, Camborne to frozen food specialists, Farmfoods.
“The site has good roadside profile and is close to the Camborne Retail Park, McDonalds and Cornwall College’s Pool Campus” reports Alan Treloar.
“Farmfoods have over 300 store across the UK and have also recently opened a new store in Bodmin at the Callywith Retail Park by Asda.”
The site has an area of over 0.50 acres and was sold at an undisclosed figure off a guide price of offers in excess of £275,000.
