Property consultants CBRE have let the final office suite at 122 Colmore Row, Birmingham.
Godwin Developments has agreed a five-year lease on 712 sq ft on the third floor of the historic Grade I listed building. The company was previously based in neighbouring 112 Colmore Row.
CBRE advised the landlord, Evenacre, on the deal.
The letting to Godwin Developments is the second in quick succession at 122 Colmore Row. Sanderson Weatherall recently acquired 732 sq ft on the fourth floor, on a five-year lease.
The chartered surveying firm, which has offices around the UK, has relocated its Midlands operation from Solihull to Birmingham city centre.
Theo Holmes, director in CBRE’s Birmingham office agency team, said: “122 is one of the most desirable office buildings on Colmore Row thanks to Evenacre’s trademark high-end, contemporary interior design and attention to detail.
“To find such an up-market specification on offices in this size range is unique in Birmingham city centre and ultimately the reason why it is now fully let.”
Paul Jones, managing director of Evenacre, said: “We are delighted to welcome Godwin Developments and Sanderson Weatherall to 122 Colmore Row, which now means the building is fully occupied.
“We have also recently completed the acquisition of 144 Newhall Street and continue to seek other opportunities within the city. Also, Harry Benson has also recently joined the team which will help bolster our capacity going forward with the various ongoing projects we are involved in”.
