Commercial property specialists Bruton Knowles have acquired a major distribution unit on Trafford Park for Ashtead Plant Hire Limited (A-Plant)
A-Plant, one of the UK’s largest plant, tool and equipment hire companies has taken Unit B, Alpha Three, on Fourth Avenue.
The 11,560 sq ft industrial warehouse offers high quality and modern single storey space on Europe’s largest industrial estate, covering approximately 1,200 acres just three miles from Manchester City Centre.
A-Plant form part of FTSE 100 company Ashtead Group plc, the second largest equipment rental company in the world.
