Naomi Quick has been appointed Team Leader at Bruton Knowles’ Guildford office following the departure of Steven Drennan.
Naomi joined the firm in 2013 as a senior surveyor having already built up experience carrying out a wide range of professional work including landlord and tenant work, valuations of farms and country houses and management of rural and commercial properties. Naomi was made an Associate two years later.
Naomi is one of just 20 per cent of female members of the professional body Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
She said: “I am absolutely thrilled to have been appointed to lead a very talented team covering a wide range of professional services.”
Naomi said: “I get a real kick out of working in this hugely diverse profession. It also gives me the chance to work on a variety of projects as well as establish strong business connectivity in and around the South East.”
After studying for an undergraduate degree at Reading University, Naomi followed this up by attending the Royal Agricultural College and undertaking an MSc in Rural Estate Management. Equestrian enthusiast Naomi has also run several marathons for charity, most recently participating in London Marathon.
Bruton Knowles Managing Partner Patrick Downes said: “Naomi has proved a strong and able Associate and is a natural communicator. She has certainly played a key part in raising our profile in the highly competitive South East marketplace.
“While commercial property activity remains strong – especially in the regions immediately around the capital – we need to ensure we are the first choice for professional services and Naomi’s professional and personal approach helps give us the edge to achieve this.”
