Respected regional property expert Phil Glenn is to join Innes England as a director, bolstering its professional team – and bringing three decades of expertise to the business.
Specialising in valuations, Phil joins the leading commercial property firm at a time when it continues its growth across the region – and celebrates 25 years in business.
Phil has 32 years’ experience in the commercial property world, and is a former director of DTZ – which merged with Cushman and Wakefield in 2015.
Phil will work closely with Innes England’s Steve Holland who is head of professional services. A registered property receiver, Phil also has expertise in recovery and restructuring.
Phil said: “Innes England is a firm I was very pleased to be approached by. It’s a company which is innovative and progressive and it’s great to be joining the business at this exciting time.
“I have a lot of experience in the three cities and across the Midlands and look forward to bringing this to the business.”
Phil’s new role will help drive further growth in the firm’s professional team, said Tim Garratt, MD of Innes England.
“Phil is a hugely respected figure in the East Midlands property world – and the professional team at Innes England will benefit from his experience,” he added.
“Rather than a traditional geographical structure, Innes England has moved to a workstream focussed approach which allows us to leverage the expertise of the senior team across the region and beyond for the benefit of our clients.”
Phil joined DTZ after it merged with Neales Commercial in 1995. He became a director at DTZ in 2005.
He is a keen scuba diver and likes martial arts, running and swimming. He is married and lives in a Nottinghamshire village.
