A new lease has been signed by Bespoke Resources Group who have taken office space within Falcon Point Park Plaza on the Ground and 2nd floors. A three year lease has been signed on the two floors of 1679 and 2090 sqft respectively.
They are new tenants to the site but already operate within the Cannock area and we wish them well in new offices at the impressive Park Plaza development. The iconic building in which Bespoke Resources have taken office space is instantly recognizable from the large Falcon sculpture that stands outside the building – also reflected in the wingspan shaped roof of the building itself.
