The Co-operative Group has appointed Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP to manage their non-operational portfolio in the south east region.
The portfolio comprises in excess of 250 properties, located throughout London, Kent, Surrey, East and West Sussex and Hampshire. The properties include a wide variety of premises and tenancies including a shopping centre, motor showrooms, sports pavilions and farmland but with the vast majority being retail units.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP’s instruction includes property and asset management and the associated professional and agency role. Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP already manage the south west and South Wales portfolio for The Co-operative Group.
