Golf club IT specialists Club Systems Ltd are on the move to Peter Street in Manchester city centre following a deal brokered by Bruton Knowles.
The firm has relocated its HQ to smart second floor offices at 49 Peter Street.
Chris Renshaw from Bruton Knowles acquired the 2,705 sq ft second floor space in the newly refurbished city centre building
He said: “There is quite a bit of development going on in that corner of the city including new grade A office space in St Peters Square, the newly opened refurbished tram station and at Manchester library.
49 Peter Street has been fully refurbished to meet the demands of the thriving Manchester business community. It’s in a prominent location close to the Radisson Hotel benefitting from conference and leisure facilities nearby.”
The building benefits from high quality finishes throughout including a newly refurbished modern ground floor reception. Additionally there are plans to upgrade the external entrance of the building to enhance its prominence along Peter Street.
Chris Renshaw added: “There has been an influx of contemporary bars, restaurants and coffee houses and there is also a Sainsbury’s supermarket nearby. 49 Peter Street is only a short walk from Albert Square, The Midland Hotel and Barbirolli Square.”
Club Systems International Ltd designs, builds and supports IT systems for Golf Clubs and has more than 2,000 Golf Club customers in the UK and Ireland along with customers as far afield as Dubai, Ghana and Sri Lanka.
