Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has successfully negotiated a five-year lease for Unit 4 at Paxton Business Centre with Fair Trade Furniture Ltd, which expands from its headquarters in Norton Enterprise Park.
Quoting rent on the unit was £15,000 per annum.
The 2,225 sq ft (206.70 sq m) premises is one of 11 units in Paxton Business Centre, nestled in the long-established Churchfields Trading Estate.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “I am delighted to have been able to make this expansion possible for Fair Trade Furniture.
“Their newest environment is in a terrific trading estate location with excellent links to London via the M3 and by rail, while Southampton is easily accessed via the M27.
“They are also in good company with other trade/retail occupiers Plumb Center, Toolstation, Travis Perkins and Magnet in close proximity.”
