I’m looking forward to leading a team that is involved in a wide range of projects and deals that help to shape the towns and cities across our region.”
Jeremy Richards said: “It has been a real privilege to lead such a fantastic team. After 14 years of heading up the Bristol office, now feels like the right time to take on new challenges that will help underpin the growth of JLL in the region. I will be focusing my time on client relationships, nurturing talent and working with the business community. Simon will bring energy, experience and a fresh perspective to our ever-evolving business.”
