Over 25,000 sq ft of office space has been let in four separate transactions by Avison Young’s clients Patron Capital and APAM at Arlington Business Park, Reading.
Dimensions UK, the provider of social care services for people with learning disabilities and autism, has taken 10,000 sq ft, while Koch Media, Elemental Technologies and Peregrine Semiconductors have each taken space of around 5,000 sq ft.
Avison Young’s Chris Barrs, who advises Patron Capital and APAM, said: “The transactions follow the acquisition of Arlington Business Park from Goodman in 2015 and reflects Patron Capital and APAM’s strategy to offer flexible solutions across the park to help create a spread of occupiers and provide a high quality dynamic business environment where companies can grow and develop.”
The occupier-focused strategy at Arlington Business Park includes the creation of first-class amenities and facilities comprising a new café, gym, sports studio and meeting accommodation. The new facilities are scheduled to be open to the park’s occupiers in early 2017.
Avison Young advised Patron and APAM on the transactions with its joint agents Savills and Strutt & Parker.
