John Truslove highlights Bromsgrove as an investment hotspot

A unit on Bromsgrove Enterprise Park has been sold for a significant six figure sum by property agents John Truslove.

The office building at 1 Aston Court, owned by Stratford-upon-Avon property developer West Midlands Contracts, was acquired by a private investor.

James Rogers, construction manager, said: “It all went smoothly and we were very happy with the outcome.”

Ian Parker, a director of John Truslove, said: “Not only did we achieve an excellent price, but as part of the transaction West Midlands Contracts are fitting the offices out for the purchaser.

“So very much a win-win for a dynamic client who has developed and refurbished a number of successful office schemes in Bromsgrove, Stoke Prior and Stratford-upon-Avon.”

1 Aston Court comprises 2,297 sq ft on two floors. It is one of 15 self-contained office buildings clustered around a central courtyard.

In addition, West Midlands Contracts have built two detached offices on Bromsgrove Enterprise Park this year, Coconut House and Java House, the newest office buildings in the town.

“We specialise in high quality, well specified office units and Bromsgrove, with its connections to the motorway network, is a great location,” added Mr Rogers.

“Java House, with a Net Internal Area of 5,988 sq ft and 24 car parking spaces, is prime Grade-A kit and is available for immediate occupation,” added Mr Parker.

Leases are on offer for five or more years, at a quoting rental of £15 per square foot.

Bromsgrove Enterprise Park is a key player in the A38 Technology Corridor.
