Property group Real Estate Investors plc has made a new appointment to its asset management team.
Jack Sears, previously with BNP Paribas Real Estate, has joined as an asset manager within the Birmingham city centre head office.
Mr Sears has been working in property management for five years, latterly assisting corporate clients with the management of their residual properties when these became surplus to their day to day business requirements.
He has additional experience with occupational management, working on behalf of a major national bank, focusing on their northern retail and office portfolio.
Mr Sears said: “I am pleased to have joined such a well-respected property company. I am looking forward to helping develop the portfolio further.”
REI chief executive Paul Bassi said: “Jack is a talented individual who I am confident will make a significant contribution to the business.”
