Global real estate consultancy Colliers International has advised Allois Properties on the £4.35 million sale of Granby Avenue in Birmingham to a private investor.
The 4.5 acre site is located within Granby Business Park and is let to The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government for a further 7 years. The site is currently occupied by the Driving Standards Agency (DSA). The site comprises a two storey office building which was constructed in 2008, totalling 15,000 sq ft and two substantial surfaced yards to the rear for commercial vehicle and motorbike driving tests.
Nearby occupiers include Airparks Birmingham, Bristol Street Motors, Howdens and a number of industrial occupiers.
