JW Muir Property Investments, represented by Ryden and Mckenzie Pollock, has announced that ESH Construction and WGM Engineering have signed up to take office space within their Fairways Business Park development in Livingston. The latest deals see the business park achieve 85% occupancy.
ESH Construction has taken the first floor of Unit 3 Deer Park Avenue which extends to 260 sq m (2,800 sq ft), plus 16 car parking spaces, whilst WGM has taken the 320 sq m (3,440 sq ft) ground floor of 9 Deer Park Avenue and 22 car parking spaces.
