Three years after opening in Worle, Pure Offices says it has helped more than 85 firms to grow or expand in the area.
Pure Weston-Super-Mare which opened in Pastures Avenue, St Georges, Worle in August 2013, provides flexible office space to support small and growing enterprises.
44 of the offices within the centre are currently let demonstrating that the business community in Somerset has responded well to its concept, creating a hub of commercial activity in the region which has helped firms grow, create jobs and boost the local economy.
And the benefits have not been restricted to occupiers. Meeting space for networking, seminars and workshops has been used more than 100 times in the three years Pure Offices has been in Weston.
Centre Manager Sarah Venn said: “Over three years we have played a really important part in the business life of Weston and to have helped so many small enterprises to thrive is very satisfying.
“Our success is dependent on theirs so we make it easy for firms not just to move here, but to move on from us. They don’t want to be taking on a burden when they move in, they want their lives made simple so they can focus on their own businesses and our job is to help them do that.
“They also like the fact they can collaborate and mix with their neighbours within the building which makes this such an active centre for business.”
