Leading national property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is providing a full suite of services for the owners of a business centre in Bristol after being appointed to market the site.
LSH Bristol is taking on the additional role at Eastgate Office Centre, which is located close to IKEA just off the M32, on behalf of Broadshade Group, which acquired nine units on the site in August 2015.
LSH’s appointment follows a host of services that the consultancy has successfully undertaken for the group as it went through the acquisition process for the two adjacent office blocks. LSH provided pre-acquisition surveys and now carries out property management, while its building consultancy division is leading on the refurbishment of a number of office suites. LSH is also providing lease advisory services.
Peter Musgrove, head of office for LSH Bristol, said the work it is carrying out on behalf of Broadshade Group demonstrates the wide range of services that the consultancy provides for clients.
“As a commercial property specialist, LSH is in an excellent position to offer a 360-degree, full-service to our clients and we are delighted to have been appointed to market the centre following the work we have already carried out for Broadshade,” he said.
“Eastgate Office Centre comprises refurbished, self-contained modern offices and is very well located, close to the city centre, with excellent facilities, including plenty of on-site parking. We are already attracting a good number of enquiries and expect to achieve high rents for the available units.”
Eastgate Office Centre comprises nine offices in two blocks, with space from 2,199 sq ft to 6,835 sq ft. Existing tenants include the Secretary of State for the Environment, North Bristol NHS Trust and StorMagic Ltd.
Two recently refurbished units are available: Unit 6 is 2,321 sq ft, while Unit 7 is 2,314 sq ft.
