Lambert Smith Hampton (‘LSH’) has appointed Scott Gemmell as a director in the firm’s North West capital markets team.
Scott has extensive experience providing real estate advice on behalf of a wide range of clients, including Allied London, LJ Group, Hermes Investment Management and The Co-operative Group. Scott has advised on the North West’s most high profile schemes to include St John’s, the NOMA Estate, Carrington, Mayfield, London Road Fire Station, XYZ and No 1 Spinningfields.
Previously a director at JLL’s Manchester office, where he worked for 12 years, Scott has also held positions at Pentland Galliford Try and PRUPIM (M&G Real Estate) in an 18-year career in the commercial property sector.
Scott will specialise in providing advice to institutional, fund and property clients across the North West, Yorkshire and the North East.
