Evidence of an improving commercial property market has been demonstrated recently by Towler Shaw Roberts, Wolverhampton Office.
Retail property at 208 High Street, Dudley was let to Speedy Cash who have taken a lease for a term of 15 years at a rent of £22,000 per annum.
Richard Bache, Head of Agency in TSR’s Wolverhampton Office said “Dudley and surrounding towns have suffered more than most during the downturn. It is encouraging to see some increased activity coming back into the market and to achieve a good rent and lease term is also a positive move. Hopefully this is a sign of a return to better times”.
