A private investor, represented by Kalmars, has sold the freehold of 27-33 Malham Road, Forest Hill, London, SE23 1AH for £1.2 million.
The 4,500 sq ft warehouse and office property occupies a site of approximately 6,800 sq ft (0.15 acre).
Kalmars’ Luke Osbourne said: “The sale price sets a new precedent for the area and represents the highest price, per square foot, achieved in the area, confirming the growing popularity of the area with businesses and investors.
“The transaction is a reflection of the strength of demand for freehold properties across South East London’s commercial property market which is an increasingly important business location for the capital’s economic growth.”
The private purchaser was not represented in the transaction.
