Occupancy of serviced offices at Pure Aylesbury on The Midshires Business Park has hit 100 per cent.
The remarkable success of the flexible arrangements, allowing businesses an easy route in with minimal commitment and an easy route out when they outgrow the offices, has driven a steady increase in occupancy levels from 89 per cent in January 2015, to 100 per cent in September 2016.

Long term occupier Pulse Flow Technologies (previously Diabetic Boot Company) has expanded within Pure Aylesbury taking on more offices to meet the needs of the business.
In addition to existing occupier success, new occupier Cooci Associates, which deals with case management and rehabilitation of people who have suffered serious injury, relocated to Pure Aylesbury from Haddenham. The move allows the team to focus on its business rather than the upkeep of an older property.

This month we welcomed Bucks Apprenticeships who explained to customers about access to trainees and grants”
