Property consultancies JLL and Cowling & West have won a new instruction to let newly refurbished office space at Holland House in Bournemouth’s prime business district.
The building on Oxford Road has just undergone a full refurbishment comprising new carpets, a suspended ceiling and LED lighting. There is office accommodation of up to 7,983 sq ft available on the ground floor with potential additional space becoming available in quarter one, 2017.
Nella Pang, associate director at JLL, said: “Following the recent refurbishment of the building it now offers modernised open plan space in a fantastic location in the heart of the business district and with excellent transport links.”
David Cowling, at Cowling West, said: “The office market in Bournemouth has been severely depleted as a consequence of permitted development rights and Holland House represents a rare opportunity to secure quality space in the prime business district of the town.”
Holland House is in a prime location in Bournemouth, close to a wide range of businesses as well as bars and restaurants. Oxford Road gives direct access onto Wessex Way, Bournemouth’s main arterial route which connects to the North via the A31/M27. Bournemouth Railway Station is also within easy walking distance, providing direct services to Southampton, Basingstoke and London Waterloo.
The accommodation at Holland House is available by way of a sublease of the existing lease.
