UK real estate leaders will travel to Toronto and New York to strike new deals and encourage inward investment into the UK.
A total of US$55.3bn of Canadian investment made a home in UK real estate last year, and in the aftermath of Brexit there is still a heavy pipeline of projects transforming UK towns and cities.
The 12-strong team of developers, institutional fund managers, advisers and architects, will travel to The Ontario Investment and Trade Centre in Toronto on Wednesday 21 September – where they will be joining the UK Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, The Rt Hon Sajid Javid MP – and then to The World Trade Center, New York on Friday 23 September, to promote UK opportunities to international investors.
This is part of an investment mission, hosted by Estates Gazette and supported by the Department for International Trade, in partnership with Savills.
