Developer Robert Hitchins Ltd is investing £750,000 in the second phase of refurbishment at Eastern Business Park in Cardiff.
The internal refurbishment includes stripping back the current internal layout to a shell and core and installing new raised floors, suspended ceilings, LED lighting and a new air conditioning system.
The end result will be suites of between 5,000 and 40,000 sq ft on a single floorplate suitable for immediate occupation.

It was built in 1980, extended in 1994 and has since been substantially upgraded. The latest refurbishment is being carried out in Eastern One.
