Bruton Knowles is continuing the expansion of its Guildford team with the appointment of graduate surveyor Charlotte Williams.
Charlotte recently graduated from Harper Adams University with a Post graduate diploma in Rural Land and Estate Management.
The former University of York Environmental Sciences alumnus will be undertaking her Assessment of Professional Competence at the firm.
Said Guildford partner Steve Drennan: “We are dependent on attracting the best people in the industry to meet the needs of our clients and are delighted to have Charlotte on board.
“She will assist in carrying out inspections and preparing valuation reports for a variety of clients and have the opportunity to gain experience in other departments.
“With her background in countryside and green matters, she will also be a huge boost our rural practice.”
She will be working with key clients including Surrey Police, Thames Water, Southern Water, Network Rail, Kent County Council, Private Management Clients, Green Energy Barns.
Charlotte’s previous experience includes assisting on a Green Impact Scheme at the University of York, and for Jackson-Stops & Staff with The Montagues new home development.
As a school leaver she spent four months as an animal welfare volunteer at the African Dawn game reserve in South Africa.

Charlotte is a Graduate/Student Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
