Humberts has recently agreed the letting of 2 Chartfield House, Castle Street, Taunton to Collier Planning. The office suite was available at a rent of £5,000 per annum. The second floor office suite was open plan with a net internal area of 53.79 sq m (578 sq ft) and included a kitchen and a parking space within a secured gated car park to the rear of the building.
Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial department for Humberts in Taunton comments “there seems to be an increase in demand for small office suites within Taunton at this time and we have let 3 or 4 similar properties of this type within the last couple of months. The market for commercial properties seems extremely active and has not seemed to have slowed down over the summer months post-Brexit”.
