A family owned company that imports fine art materials from around the world has relocated to new headquarters near Salisbury.
Global Art Supplies has bought a unit at the High Post Business Park in High Post, near Salisbury.
The unit at the development of high quality refurbished industrial/warehouse units was sold on a new 900-year lease for an undisclosed sum.
It was offered jointly by property consultancy Myddelton & Major and Warwick Martel on the instructions of M7 Real Estate.
Myddelton & Major Partner Dean Speer said: “Global Art Supplies, founded in 1999 and now one of the UK’s leading distributors of the world’s most prestigious fine art brands, has relocated from Amesbury.
“The company found that continued growth – stocking more than 15,000 product lines and now with 500 trade customers – meant an inevitable more to larges premises. The new unit is four times the size of the previous facility.”
High Post Business Park, five miles north of Salisbury and with direct access to the A345, provides a range of high quality refurbished industrial / warehouse units on a secure and self-contained site.
The units have been the subject of a complete refurbishment to provide individual units with separated services to a shell finish, ready for a tenant to fit out to their own requirements. Each unit has allocated parking and generous loading and turning space.
