Wiggins & Lockett Commercial Property Consultants have completed the refurbishment and subsequent letting of the former RAC Auto Windscreens premises in Wolverhampton to local company Mazcare Limited.
The property, on Bilston Road, which comprises just over 3000 sq ft attracted significant interest and after a best and final bids process, terms were agreed with Mazcare and the company have now commenced business complimenting their existing operation at Deans Road.
