Legal & General Investment Management Real Assets (L&G) has landed a trio of lettings at Northampton’s Grosvenor Shopping Centre, delivered by Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker’s retail teams.
OFFICE, the leader in high street footwear fashion has taken a 3,000 sq ft store on a 10 year lease, in a prime location next to brands including Superdry, Primark, Accessorize and Next. Loungers has signed a 15 year lease taking 4,638 sq ft of retail space at Welsh House, which sits at the Market Square entrance at the Grosvenor Centre.
Deichmann, the popular German-born shoe retailer has also extended their presence at the Grosvenor Centre, with Knight Frank delivering adjoining units totalling 5,590 sq ft, almost doubling the size of the existing store.
L&G are advised by Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker.
