A fast-growing enterprise software and information solutions business has expanded again thanks to the expertise on offer at NG Chartered Surveyors.
Acting on behalf of a private pension fund NG has completed the letting of Unit 4 of prestigious Triangle development on Nottingham’s NG2 business park to Union Square Software after previous occupier Nations Healthcare outgrew the space and relocated to a larger building.
Richard Sutton, director at NG Chartered Surveyors, said:
“When we learned that Nations Healthcare were moving out, NG stepped straight in to agree dilapidations works and an early surrender, back to backing their exit with a new letting to Union Square who are themselves on an aggressive expansion programme.”
NG have been incredibly active on NG2 this summer having acquired 6,500 sq ft for Ryley Wealth Management in the Ark in May.
After expanding into the 4,055 sq ft Unit 4 offices, Union Square now occupies three buildings on NG2 and Richard is delighted the plan came together so well for both landlord and tenant.
He added: “This was great deal to put together and it worked so well for everyone. There is a real lack of quality in the office market at the moment, so we knew Unit 4 would be well received.”
Union Square was formed in 2000 and now has over 450 customers in 15 countries which it helps better manage and collaborate on vital project information, including contacts, emails, drawings and documents.
In July, Union Square was acquired by Deltek, the leading global provider of enterprise software and information solutions for project-based businesses.
