Barker Storey Matthews Huntingdon office has been instructed by Phoenix Door Panels to dispose of a 19,000 sq ft industrial premises with additional office space situated on Newlands Industrial Estate in Somersham due to the company’s ongoing expansion.
In addition to the floor area of just over 19,000 sq ft, with a further 6,674 sq ft of mezzanine floor space, giving a total floor area of just over 25,000 sq ft. Phoenix Door Panels which was established in 1993 is now one of the largest door manufacturers in the UK. They are part of the prestigious Masco UK Windows Group and are soon to relocate to larger premises in Huntingdon.
The building is currently held on two independent leases, and as such could be assigned or sublet as a whole or two separate parts. Independently Unit 7 comprises a floor space of 12,102 sq ft, whilst Unit 8 comprises a floor area of 13,584 sq ft. The owners have additionally indicated that they would be prepared to consider a sale of the freehold at a price to be agreed.
