One of Gloucester’s city centre office buildings has seen three new occupants move in showing that business is booming if accommodation is flexible and in the right location.
A software firm, an elderly care provider and an information systems business have moved in to Eastgate House in Eastgate Street following deals agreed by Bruton Knowles.
Around 1,500 square feet on the first floor has been taken by CJM Software, a leading FileMaker developer company working in the education and commercial sectors. They will use the space as offices and as a training suite.
A suite on the same floor of just under 1,000 square feet has been let to Human Support Group, which offers an extensive range of in home care for the elderly while a fourth floor unit has been let to Caski Ltd, which designs and installs information systems.
Tessa Newton of Bruton Knowles said: “With CJM and Human Support Group both taking five year leases these deals demonstrate that there is strength in the Gloucester office market for the right premises.
“Eastgate House has a fourth floor of small quality units suitable for growing businesses that are available for shorter commitments and help businesses plan their expansion. Caski Ltd took one of these.”
