Wealth managers AFH Group have grown their Bromsgrove base in a deal brokered by property agents John Truslove.
The fast-expanding business has taken an extra 3,845 sq ft of space at £14 per sq ft on the third floor of Avon House, Buntsford Gate Business Park, and now occupies the whole of the 25,569 sq ft building.
John Truslove were acting on behalf of Real Estate Investors plc, the first occasion on which they have represented the Birmingham-based publicly quoted property investment company. Joint Agents were Bond Wolfe.
Ben Truslove, a director of John Truslove, said: “We were recently appointed by REI and, following strong interest from another occupier, we put the suite under offer to AFH within three months of being instructed – a great result for all concerned.
“The offices, which are of superb specification, are predominantly open plan and Avon House is a prestigious address. It is very much a landmark building.”
The AFH Group has a team of 150 independent financial advisers based across the country and backed up by 160-plus support staff.
Avon House, which extends to four floors, is conveniently positioned on the outskirts of Bromsgrove town centre, adjacent to the A38, which links Junction 1 of the M42 with Junction 5 of the M5.
