Leading chartered surveyors Johnson Fellows has announced the latest in a string of new appointments at its Birmingham office.
David Bullimore joins as head of rating and will support the business’s major retail, office and industrial occupier and landlord clients including Starbucks, Asda, Barclays and Boots.

David said: “Johnson Fellows has an incredibly strong offer on agency, property management, building surveying and landlord and tenant, with many long-term, clients. I hope to build on the excellent rating service, strengthen existing client relationships, and look forward to welcoming new business to our growing list of national and regional clients.”
He joins the business from the Birmingham office of CBRE, where he worked as a surveyor in business rates. Prior to this, David worked at BNP Paribas and Altus Edwin Hill, where he completed his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).
David gained a degree in Industrial Archaeology with University College Northampton, before undertaking a Masters in Real Estate and Management at Birmingham City University.
The 38-year-old, from Coventry, is getting married in Cyprus in May next year. His interests include film, music, travel, ales, football (Coventry City), reading (thrillers, spy, classics) and DIY (ongoing house project).
The next business rates revaluation will come into effect on 1st April 2017. It will re-assess all business properties in England and Wales based on rental value as at 1st April 2015.
