Stephen Richards who heads up the Commercial department for Humberts in Taunton comments “we had several abortive lettings before we were able to agree a letting of the premises to a funeral directors. The major issue with the property was its planning use. Several potential tenants wanted to retail from the property but the local authority would not allow this use and Humberts assisted the potential tenant through the planning process before he was able to take the premises”.
