AEW UK, advised by Green & Partners, has signed up vintage clothing and accessories retailer We Are Cow on Liverpool’s Bold Street.
We Are Cow has signed a five year lease on a 3,959 sq ft store at 15 Bold Street, at a rent of £60,000 pa. This will be the retailer’s seventh standalone store in the UK.
We Are Cow opened its first shop in Birmingham in 2005 and has grown organically to become the UK’s leading, affordable men’s and women’s vintage clothing and accessories retailer. Its range includes classic 50s vintage to modern, branded street wear and is also sold in Topshop and Topman.
