The Manchester office at CBRE has appointed Emma Berry as a Senior Surveyor within its Asset Services team.
Emma previously worked for Bruntwood as Senior Asset Manager where her focus was on strategic property and asset management in Liverpool and Manchester. Emma was responsible for large scale lease renewals and regears across both cities, in addition to the telecoms management across the portfolio.
In her new role at CBRE, Emma will be maintaining her links across both cities with the Asset Services team, working with clients including Muse Developments, Sports Direct and Countryside Properties.
