New refurbishment project at Chester Business Park

Circa 13,500 square feet of Grade A space is available at the heart of Chester Business Park with the release of two suites refurbished by Liverpool-based developer, Prospect GB.

Located within International House, a detached headquarters building originally constructed in the mid-90s, the accommodation includes a ground floor unit totalling circa 6,000 square feet of Category B space which is ready for immediate occupation. The suite has been fully refurbished and fitted to provide a board room, meeting rooms, kitchen, break-out area, reception and large open-plan area. Prospect are also refurbishing a first floor unit totalling 7,500 square feet of Category A space which will be ready for occupation in Q4. Featuring an extremely high specification throughout, the two suites are available to let individually or together.

Head of Prospect GB’s commercial division, Chris Walker, said: “The suites at International House benefit from a comprehensive refurbishment which includes air conditioning, double glazing, suspended ceilings, new lighting, swipe card entry system, lighting motion sensors and raised floors.  The building also enjoys 24-hour security, an on-site stand-by generator and barrier-controlled car park with a generous allocation of 62 spaces.”

“International House is situated at the centre of one of the North’s leading business parks, widely regarded as the financial centre of the Northwest with global names such as M&S Money, Bank of America, Regus and Bristol Myers Squibb. It offers outstanding commercial facilities and a superb location adjoining the A55 by-pass providing direct access to the M53 and M56 motorways.”
