Offices specialist Colliers International has been appointed sole letting agent for office accommodation at the Willow Brook Centre in Bradley Stoke.
There is approximately 20,000 sq ft of office accommodation within Willow Brook. Only one office suite is currently available, comprising just over 1,000 sq ft and benefitting from separate access and on site car parking.
Catherine Collis, a Bristol-based director in the National Offices team, said: “This office at Willow Brook will appeal to a variety of prospective tenants.
