Acting on behalf of a private pension fund, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell is pleased to announce the letting of the whole of Wilson House in Waterlooville.
The property which extends to approximately 3,000 sq.ft and provides very modern and well-presented office accommodation has been let to GenesisCare, the UK’s largest provider of private cancer treatments.
The letting was as a result of continued development and expansion from GenesisCare which already occupies part of the building.
Neil Budden, Financial Director from GenesisCare comments: “GenesisCare has ambitious plans to increase the number of centres providing their specialist cancer treatments around the UK. The central team at Waterlooville, supports these centres and we needed larger premises to accommodate this growth. We are delighted that further space at Wilson House became available.”
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell Director, Stuart Mitchell comments: “the availability of such well-presented detached office buildings is rare, and with GenesisCare already in occupation they were happy to enter into a new lease on the whole building. This showed continued confidence in the tenant, and indeed the quality of the building”.
Stuart Mitchell continued: “quality office premises are still attracting a good level of demand and Waterlooville remains a strong location due to its proximity to the A3 and the A27”.
