CBRE has made a series of key appointments within its North West Building Consultancy team this year, with seven new recruits taking the total number of staff across the Manchester and Liverpool offices up to 28.
Kevin Jackson has joined CBRE as a Project Manager at Associate Director level from Turner & Townsend. Thomas Roberts has joined from Cushman & Wakefield as Associate Director and Andy Flanagan has also joined at Associate Director level having previously run his own fit-out contracting business following an earlier position with BNP Paribas.
James Clarkson joined CBRE from Capita as an Engineer at Associate Director level, and Alex O’Donnell has joined the team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, having previously worked for a contracting business. James Underhill and Tom Dutton have also joined the team as Building Surveying Graduates. Tom will take up his position in the Liverpool office in September.
CBRE’s North West Building Consultancy team is headed up by Senior Director Angela Seddon and has an extensive portfolio of high-profile projects across the region, with recent works including the award-winning fit out of 55 Spring Gardens in Manchester City Centre, and a new Freedome trampoline park at Coliseum Leisure Park, Ellesmere Port, which is the first brought to the UK by American firm Sky Zone, due to open in the Autumn.
The new appointments will further strengthen the existing Building Consultancy team, and provide additional support for current projects and future aspirations of the team.
