Though Brighton has been suffering from a shortage of office space for some time now, businesses are still flocking to the city and deals are being struck.
Part of Blenheim House (2,500 sq ft, above left) was recently let to Intelligent Positioning while a similar space let in Lees House (2,800 sq ft, above, right) was let to Hi-Rez Studios.
This on a whole shows positive signs in what some may class as uncertain times. These lettings also follow the successful completion of the final two floors at the new speculative build CityView.
Emma Hards of Stiles Harold Williams Agency said: “Continued demand means we are already looking ahead to 39,000 sq ft of Grade A refurbished space coming up at Mocatta House in early 2017.
“Most of the limited available space coming to market tends to find an occupier relatively quickly and prices are buoyant.”
